About Your Therapist:

Jacquelin Hahn, LCSW

Approach:

I am passionate about helping others make peace with their sufferings and overall live a more grounded life. I work with individuals (adolescents to adults), couples & families.

I love helping others find new meaning after trauma and grief, manage depression and anxiety, burnout, and stress. I specialize in teaching tools to help others better communicate, repair relationships, heal attachment wounds, establish healthy boundaries, build healthy self-esteem, find balance, build a secure attachment, and adjust to life changes, including : medical diagnosis, breakups/divorce, parenthood, losing a loved one, & career changes.

I lead with empathy, honesty, and use a holistic approach to support my clients in their unique goals towards healing. I do not use a one size fits all approach, and enjoy using collaborative approach to aid my clients.

I currently offer clients a convenient, safe, and trauma-informed virtual (video sessions only) space. I welcome all walks of life and find it a privilege to be beside my client's journeys. Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions or to schedule a session via email.
